Chief Growth Strategist, Sobel & Co. Accounting Firm

Sally Glick, Principal at Sobel & Co. and the firm’s Chief Growth Strategist, grew up in a family business. Working for her father, a solo practitioner CPA, Sally’s role was to serve as the Marketing Director, charged with building the practice.  Without the benefit of websites, social media and other technology that is the basis of much of today’s branding and communication strategies, Sally leverage her networking skills to create a pipeline of new clients while helping to nurture a culture of high retention as well.  Based on her years of experience working with families in business, Sally addresses the challenges and wonderful opportunities facing family business leaders, identifying the key characteristics that lead to success.

Working with family businesses throughout her entire career, Sally has become well-known in the middle market family business community, assisting with leadership training, strategic planning, marketing and networking. As a result of her community involvement, in 2017 Sally was inducted into the NJ Business Hall of Fame and in 2016 was given the NJBIZ Lifetime Achievement Award. Over the years she has received numerous honors and serves on several boards in New Jersey.
