Nature Heals Workshop: foods and herbs for seasonal health and immunity

Join herbal specialist Jenna Henry Hansen and yoga instructor/nutritional therapist Jenn Dorney as they share their knowledge of natural health to support and heal our bodies through seasonal shifts.

Jenn will discuss seasonal eating or following the diet that nature prescribes to keep our body strong, healthy, energized and focused ; Jenna will focus on seasonal herbs for immune support.  She will briefly cover herbal medicine history, discuss 6 kitchen herbs and tisane preparation.  
Samples of teas and herbs will be provided.
