Cyclist Dies After Riding Off Cliff in Cedar Grove

CEDAR GROVE, NJ  – The Essex Sheriff's Department has confirmed that a 49-year-old man was killed when he lost control of his mountain bike and fell approximately 20 feet off of a rocky ledge in Mills Reservation on the Cedar Grove/Montclair border.
