 Speaker Daryl Minch, Family & Community Health Sciences Educator from the Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Somerset County, will discuss best practices for each method and why to choose one over the other.  She will also discuss making and canning salsa. 

Daryl has provided leadership for FCHS (Family and Community Health Sciences) since 1985 and is known for her expertise and educational programming in food allergies, food safety and family nutrition.
