Mommy & Me Yoga Class Starts at CardioYoga in April

LIVINGSTON, NJ -- CardioYoga Studio in Livingston has Mommy + Me Yoga classes starting in April. On Mondays at 3:15 p.m. bring your little ones, ages 2-5 years old, for a 45-minute class that will blend movement, music and fun!
