LIVINGSTON, NJ -- The threat of the COVID-19 pandemic and the temporary closure of the Livingston High School (LHS) building has not deterred the drama department from presenting its fall production of "Oedipus/Antigone"--an adaptation of a Sophocles classic to be held outdoors at 5 p.m. on Nov. 19, Nov. 20 and Nov. 21 on school grounds.

Directed by LHS theater teacher Scott Patteson, "Oedipus/Antigone" brings ancient and modern together in one story about a king who cannot outrun his past; a young woman who refuses to accept injustice; a cursed family; and a vicious plague.

A full cast list can be found in the photos above, and tickets can be purchased at LHSTheater.com.

COVID-19 guidelines according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) should be adhered to at all times during the performances.
