LIVINGSTON, NJ — The British Swim School in Livingston is sponsoring a new column for TAPinto Livingston entitled " The British Swim School's Things To Do With Kids" in order to provide a weekly roundup of interesting things to do with kids in Livingston and the surrounding area.
The first column entry, which can be found HERE, features upcoming events for the whole family, such as the Heaven Hill Farm’s Great Pumpkin Festival; local Halloween activities, such as Fright Night/Trunk or Treat at the Livingston Senior and Community Center; educational opportunities for younger children, such as Storytime at the Livingston Barnes and Noble; fun for teens; fun for adults; and more.
The British Swim School of Livingston and Clifton is the proud sponsor of this column.
With more than 35 years of experience and a focus on swim safety, the British Swim School teaches babies as young as 3 months old all the way through adults. The school’s individualistic approach combined with small classes allows their teachers to get to know each student on a first-name basis.
“Research shows that we can reduce childhood drownings significantly by teaching water survival skills early in life,” says Roman Martens, owner of The British Swim School with locations in Livingston and Clifton. “Our team of highly trained swim teachers are thrilled to be able to provide a fun, gentle and results-oriented learning experience for children of all ages in our community.”
Smarter By Swimming: in fact, results of a third-party study found that children aged 12 to 36 months participating in swim lessons performed significantly better than their peers in a number of major milestones.
