MILLBURN, NJ — The Carriage House Restaurant, located in the F.M. Kirby Carriage House at Paper Mill Playhouse, proves that the culinary show must go on. Although the theater is dark, Carriage House and Chef Holly Guber are offering curbside pickup for dinners every Wednesday through Sunday as well as brunch on Sundays

Chef Guber, now finishing her eighth season with Carriage House, is offering one main course each week, as she is working with a smaller-than-usual staff in the kitchen. Meals are fully cooked and specially prepared in a heat-and-serve format in oven-ready packaging. At this time, Carriage House unable to accommodate special dietary requests.

Mother’s Day may be at home this year, but Carriage House can still make it special with brunch or dinner. Orders must be in by 7 p.m. on Saturday, May 9.
