LIVINGSTON, NJ -- For anyone interested in learning more about acupuncture and experiencing its benefits, CardioYoga Studio, located at 521 S. Livingston Ave., will be hosting an evening of Acupuncture with Meditation and Massage on Friday, June 7 at 7 p.m.
Self-care comes in many forms, from yoga to meditation to walks in nature or even just a cup of tea in the morning. For some, acupuncture can get energy flowing back into the body and into one's life.
Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese Medicine that inserts very fine needles through the skin into specific points that move Qi (energy) in the body. When a person's Qi is blocked, it can result in both emotional and physical problems. Acupuncture helps to keep the energy moving and could help break through blockages an individual may be experience in their life.
Michelle Aubee, Dipl. Ac., L.Ac. is a nationally and New Jersey state-licensed acupuncturist and practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Chelsea Alban is a licenced massage therapist. Together, they will employ their complementary techniques to allow muscle tension and aches and pains to disappear.
