Livingston Ranked No. 23 on “New Jersey’s Best Towns for Families” List

LIVINGSTON, NJ — When “New Jersey Family” created its third-annual list of “New Jersey’s Best Towns for Families,” the Township of Livingston was ranked as No. 23 in the state and No. 2 in Essex County for 2017.
