LIVINGSTON, NJ — In connection with a threat against a Livingston resident, John Coulouris, 18, of Hackensack was re-arrested on Friday, Sept. 23 and charged with one count of terroristic threat, according to Acting Essex County Prosecutor Carolyn Murray and Livingston Police Chief Craig Handschuch.
