LIVINGSTON, NJ -- CardioYoga is partnering with Livingston Neighbors Helping Neighbors to offer a free community class this Saturday, Nov. 23 at 10:15 a.m.

Anyone attending is requesting to bring a donation to support Livingston Neighbors Helping Neighbors. Some of the top requested donations are kids snacks, canned fruit, cereal, granola bars, canned chicken, boxed milk, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner or a ShopRite gift card.

CardioYoga is a boutique fitness studio in Livingston that takes a holistic approach to fitness. The vision behind CardioYoga was to create a space where you can take care of both your body and your mind.
