Bring a mat, water and a donation to support Livingston Neighbors Helping Neighbors. Consider bringing kids snacks, canned fruit, cereal, granola bars, canned chicken, boxed milk, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner or a ShopRite gift card, and enjoy a great workout where you'll sweat, strengthen and stretch for the perfect mix of burn and zen.

CardioYoga is a boutique fitness studio in Livingston that takes a holistic approach to fitness.
