Class will incorporate a 20-minute yoga flow with poses that aid in digestion, followed by a 30-minute talk about daily eating habits, digestive health issues and how Ayurveda nutrition can help you achieve optimal digestion health. You will walk away with knowledge on how to start the Spring season eating for energy and balance.
The class is a $24, or you can use one of your classes from a class package you have with CardioYoga studio. New members can take advantage of a $49 one-month unlimited class package.
