Delaware County, PA — After being arrested five times for DUI, a Chester County man faces felony homicide charges in the drunk driving death of a Delaware County woman last weekend.
David Matthew Strowhouer, age 30 of Willistown, Chester County, is charged in the death of Deana Eckman and the injuries suffered by her husband in the February 16, 2019 crash outside of Chester, PA. If convicted this will be his sixth DUI.
