In November, a limited liability company locally based in Bala Cynwyd, PA paid $1.2 million for three buildings which were owned by After Hours Animal Hospital in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
The property was sold by Hunter Properties LLC. A spokesman of the veterinary hospital said that nobody was available to speak about the sale last week.
The sale included a 5,000-square-foot building standing at 260 Smokey Lane, as well as a 1,300-square-foot storage warehouse and a 1,500-square-foot fleet of kennels both standing at 290 Smokey Lane. The two largest buildings were both built in 2001, while the 1,300-square-foot warehouse is 49 years old.
The purchase was financed by Terravet with a $60 million line of credit. It was purchased with KeyBank, which is Cleveland based. The mortgage was signed by Daniel Eisenstadt.
Eisenstadt is the chief executive officer and president of Calico Real Estate and sole member of Terravet. The warranty deed was signed by the president of Hunter Properties, J. Dean Hunter.
