Wynnewood, Lower Merion Township, PA — The latest report on housing prices indicates that the housing market in the county is rising rapidly, said officials from the Montgomery County Board of Commissioners this week.

A report released by the Montgomery County Planning Commission (MCPC) stated that the housing market in the county has moved beyond recovery from the 2007 housing bubble bursting and into a brisk state of growth.

“The quality of life in Montgomery County, boosted by our parks and trails, great school districts, and welcoming communities, has catalyzed the recovery of our housing market,” said Dr. Valerie Arkoosh, Chair, Montgomery County Board of Commissioners. “The desire to live in Montgomery County and participate in its growing economy is reflected by the data in this new report.”
