A Cappella Girls at Short Stories Thursday

Heather McCulloch, Grace McCulloch, Hallie Wilde and Peri Munter (all of Madison, member of The Daughters of Zion) perform Call Your Girlfriend with cups at Sidewalk Sounds in Madison last July. See them at Short Stories Thursday 6-6:30 pm.

The Daughters of Zion, an a cappella group of five High School girls and one eighth grader from Grace Episcopal Church in Madison, will perform at Short Stories Community Book Hub on Thursday, January 22 from 6 to 6:30.  Stop by and hear selections as diverse as pop, sacred, jazz, folk and a spiritual sung by Peri Munter and Grace Van Cleef, soprano I, Hallie Wilde and Grace McCulloch, soprano II, and Heather McCulloch and Elizabeth Monkemeier, altos. The girls are coached by Dr. Anne Matlack.  Short Stories is a new, independent community bookshop and arts and culture hub at 52 Main Street in Madison.
