BRIDGEWATER, NJ – Freshman Lauren Arias scored an unassisted goal 32 seconds into the game, and Daniella Groh scored with one second left in the opening period as the Chatham/Madison girls ice hockey team held off Kent Place, 2-1, on Tuesday at the Bridgewater Sports Arena.

Groh, a junior, converted a pass from freshman Hannah Bedell to give Chatison a 2-0 advantage. Megan Sanford scored off a feed from Skylar Sim in the third period for Kent Place, which received 36 saves from goalie Isla Okkinga. Senior Casey Marshall was in goal for Chatison.
