DDC Commissioners and Chamber representatives attended The Chatham Bookseller, 8 Green Village Road, Madison, Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting.  Owners Kathy Rodgers and Richard Chalfin cut the ribbon at the June 27 ceremony.
