Jeffrey David Halpern, Vice President-Branch Manager of Coccia Realty is happy to announce that their new Madison office is now open to the public.

“It is a long time coming’” states Halpern, “however it was worth the wait!  I can say we may have one of the most state-of-the-art real estate offices in the area that can accommodate our clients and agents in a setting that is conducive to today’s real estate climate.  And, in an extraordinary community to service.”

Located in the center of Madison’s business district, at 49 Main Street, this 2700 square foot facility is a welcoming site for those looking to buy or sell real property.   A complete renovation took place:  ceramic tiling and hardwood flooring; an inviting lobby with granite-topped coffee bar; semi-private agent area; conference rooms with large walled monitors; a kids room; two new baths; and 12 foot ceilings, all with wireless internet service.

“I believe we offer the best of both worlds,” continues the 26 year real estate veteran.  “Our clients get a coffee house feel when they enter, giving them a comfortable non-foreboding reception and yet they are assisted by a professional who is there for all their real estate needs.  For the real estate professional, they have access to support not found in other offices, in a facility that is fit for the area.”

Because of their highly visible location, the two storefront windows will have monitors that will display their listings and their associates.  One of the storefronts will be dedicated to the area’s civic and volunteer organizations for displays.  They will also avail their large conference room space for seminars, and meetings for these same groups.

“Service to the community goes much further than selling real estate,” explains Jeffrey, “ By giving these very worthwhile groups a spot to show what and who they are all about, allows them the recognition they deserve.”

Coccia Realty, Inc. has been selling houses since 1961 with other offices throughout Northern New Jersey.  They were in the top 2% of transactions closed in the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service.  Every listing will be marketed with expertise using the latest technology including the aforementioned street displays, Realtor.com enhanced sites plus a myriad of other web site us, local newspaper advertising, Craigslist advertising, exposure of the home on two multiple listing services that encompass all of Northern New Jersey.

For more information about Coccia Realty for all your real estate needs; or, to become a part of the sales team; or, to reserve the store front or conference room for your organization, please contact Jeffrey Halpern at 973-377-4400 or Madison@mycoccia.com or visit:  www.cocciarealty.com.
