Flag rugby is a coed, non-contact form of rugby for kids K-9 (10th grade for girls) that uses flags. The games are seven on seven and focus on teamwork, sportsmanship and participation.

Children play in four age groups: Owls, grades K-1; Falcons, grades 2 and 3; Hawks, grades 4-6 and Eagles, grades 7-9. Each group brings in more aspects of the game as players progress.

The Colonials have three games left in the season. They will finish out the year with a July 22 tournament game at the Morris Youth Rugby Festival at Black River Fields, 133 North Rd., Chester, NJ.
