MADISON, NJ - Twenty-six local providers of food and drink will be offering samples of their best at the sixteenth annual Taste of Madison on Monday, March 20 at The Park Avenue Club located at 184 Park Ave in Florham Park. 

The event’s longtime presenting sponsor, Gary’s Wine & Marketplace, will be providing samples of wine, beer and spirits along with 25 additional 'Taste' providers who donate their time, expertise, personnel and provisions to the event.

New to 'The Taste' this year are Redux: The Restaurant, Osteri Trevi, Daddy Matty's BBQ & Catering, Il Goccino Ristorante, Slamwich Scratch Kitchen and Wyndham Hamilton Park.

“Our restaurants are amazing and are excited to show what they have to offer,” said Danielle Dixon, a co-chair of the Taste Organizing Committee. “Pair that with great wine, beer and friends and you can’t go wrong,” she said.

The Park Avenue Club is the longtime home of the Taste of Madison and a short distance from historic downtown Madison. Valet parking will be available.

Tickets are available through mid-day Monday at Gary’s Wine & Marketplace, 121 Main Street, and online at TasteOfMadison.org. No tickets will be sold at the door.  This event is an adults only event, participants must be 21 or older. VIP Admission at 6:00p.m. is $100.00. Regular General Admission at 7:00p.m. is $65.00. Dress is business casual. 

Continuing a Taste of Madison tradition by chef Robert Ubhaus, Redux has donated a special Chef’s Counter Dinner for eight people to the silent auction. Per tradition, the meal will be paired with wine selected by Gary Fisch, owner of Gary’s Wine & Marketplace.

Festivities will also include a beer garden, which was established last year, a 50/50 raffle, a silent auction and a tricky-tray event. 

The event is produced by a non-profit partnership of the Madison Downtown Development Commission, the Rotary Club of Madison and the Madison Area Chamber of Commerce for the betterment of the community.  In its previous fifteen editions, the Taste of Madison has raised almost $500,000.00. Proceeds have helped to fund local charitable causes, business development and civic improvements in the Rose City.
