Step 2: Put the healthiest foods on display: place fruits on the countertop, healthy food in the fridge at eye level, and healthy snacks at the front of your cupboard so you will see those first.
Step 3: Don't buy more treat food than you are going to eat in one day. Purchase just one calorie-controlled allotment like a small bag of chips, so you can’t continue to go back for more. This makes it more difficult and troublesome to choose food that isn’t healthy for you and overdo consumption and allows you the ease to choose a food that is healthy instead.
