Madison Junior Field Hockey is open to players entering 1st - 8th grade in September.

Registration Fees:
1st & 2nd - $120
3rd & 4th - $145
5th - 8th - $195
(includes $20 MRC user fees)

Opening jamboree, games, and practice dates will be outlined on the Madison Field Hockey website.

Registration closes July 15th, after which program participation cannot be guaranteed and a $20 late fee will be assessed.

Mort's VIP Summer Field Hockey Camps are a great way to get ready for the season, or be introduced to the game!  Info can be found on the website.
