Already hard at work planning Day Camp is Gina Rowland, the new Program Assistant in the Recreation Department. Rowland is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania with a major in recreation management, and is a former staff member at Harbor Hills Day Camp in Mt. My goal is to make the summer of 2014 a memorable experience for everyone involved,” she said.

Among the highlights for 2014 are new trips to Gravity Vault, Screamin’ Parties, and Color War at Sports Universe; Pizza Friday lunch program; new theme days such as Mask Day, Big Ten Day, and Super Hero Day; cooking, music, drama, and dance; fitness trail and nature activities; and field day and BBQ on the final day of camp.

Following the in-person registration day, which is reserved for Florham Park residents only, Day Camp registration continues at the Community Center on weekdays, from 9:00 am-4:30 pm, or by mail. Registration for non-residents begins on Monday, March 10th, and continues throughout the registration period. The final day to register is Friday, April 4th.
