BOONTON, NJ -  A free event is being offered to all Morris County Residents on Thursday November 14 from 10:30am - 11:30 at the Boonton Holmes Public Library. The event will focus on Alzheimer's Disease specifically looking at all aspects of the disease and treatments.

The workshop, sponsored by Alzheimer's New Jersey,  will also provide an overview for anyone who wants to learn about memory loss, Alzheimer’s disease, and other forms of dementia. Information about risk factors and warning signs, steps to obtaining a diagnosis, and treatment options are discussed.  Planning for the future, coping with behavioral and other changes, and accessing community resources are also reviewed.

Light refreshments will be provided by Highbridge Care Center.
