Kumon Franchise Expands in Northern New Jersey with the Opening of a New Math and Reading Learning Center in Madison

Madison, N.J. - Thousands of additional parents in Morris County, New Jersey will now have access to an individualized learning program for their preschool to high school aged children. Kumon, the world’s largest after-school math and reading program, has opened its first learning center in Madison, New Jersey on October 1, 2017.

There are 115 Kumon Math and Reading Centers in the state of New Jersey, including eight in Morris County.

“The beauty of Kumon is that it’s a learning program based on ability rather than age, so as an Instructor, I have the opportunity to inspire children to reach heights they never imagined possible,” said Kit Yuen, Owner and Instructor of Kumon Math and Reading Center of Madison. “I look forward to building a successful learning center where happy employees work harmoniously with the community to develop all students to their full math and reading potential.”

Kumon helps build a strong foundation in math and reading, while developing a love for learning. It sparks critical thinking, establishes a pattern of success, and builds confidence that can lead to accelerated learning throughout life. By instilling the skills and mindset for self-learning, Kumon students not only reach grade level, but often surpass it.

Kumon Math and Reading of Madison is now open and is offering free math and reading program registration from now until November 30,2017. Class hours are: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00pm to 7:00pm and Saturdays from 10:00am to 1:00pm. The Madison Area YMCA’s 21st Annual Charity Golf Classic and “Camp for One, Camp for All” dinner reception held at Morris County Golf Club in Morristown will send more children to summer camp than ever before. Event proceeds exceeded $100,000.
