Loantaka Way Between Madison Avenue and Shunpike Road to be Closed for Paving between Oct. 24 and Oct. 28

 

MADISON, NJ - The County of Morris plans to have Tilcon Company mill and repave Loantaka Way (between Madison Ave and Shunpike Rd) starting Monday October 24, 2011 and ending on Thursday October 28, 2011 as a part of the regular pavement maintenance program. 
Madison residents who use Loantaka Way, Glenwild Rd, Woodland Rd, Shunpike Rd and Madison Ave can expect some delay and partial road closure on Loantaka Way and should plan alternate routes of travel if necessary. The County of Morris and Borough of Madison appreciate your cooperation with this short term roadway improvement project. 
 
Please also note the County of Morris plans to complete an intersection improvement at Loantaka and Shunpike, and a mill and repave of Park Avenue (between Danforth Rd and Main St) during the Spring 2012. Any resident wishing to provide input can contact either the municipal or county engineering office regarding the projects.
