Lunch & Learn At Whole Foods Market

Madison - Hollenbach Family Chiropractic will be hosting a Lunch and Learn at 11:30am on Thursday, May 16th at Whole Foods Market in Madison at 222 Main Street.

The guest speaker will be Liz Fisch, Vice President of Research & Development at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).  Liz spent years working in corporate communications before taking a hiatus from “paid” work in order to raise her family.  Never one to sit still, Liz served as president and board member of many community organizations, while helping her husband grow their small retail store, Gary’s Wine & Marketplace, into a large, multi-location business.  In 2005, Liz decided it was time to pursue her passion of personal development and helping others to live the lives they dream about, which led her to iPEC, where she became a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner.  She loved her iPEC experience so much that she joined the company less than a year after graduating from the program.  Liz’s role at iPEC provides her with the perfect way to combine her work and educational background with her love of writing and communication and her desire to make a difference. Liz will giving an informative talk titled “If You Are Feeling Stressed Out, You’re Not Alone” discussing why we experience stress, and different ways to handle stressful circumstances when they arise.

Complementary lunch will be served by Whole Foods Market. Children are welcome!
