MADISON,NJ - Hollenbach Family Chiropractic will be hosting a “Lunch & Learn” at 11:30am  on Thursday, June 20th at Whole Foods Market in Madison at 222 Main Street.

The guest speaker will be Kristine Nicholson, Healthy Eating Specialist at Whole Foods Market.  Kristine is a holistic health coach certified by Columbia University School of Education and The Association of Drugless Practitioners.  In addition, she has a certificate in plant based nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Foundation. 

Join us for a talk and store tour that focuses on the best options for those who want or need to go gluten, grain and/or dairy free.  We will show you where to find the most nutritious choices and how to read labels.  The tour will take you through the produce and bulk departments with stops in the pasta, Asian and dairy aisles as well as the bakery and prepared foods section.

“Lunch and Learns” are held monthly at Whole Foods Market with a variety of health care practitioners offering informative talks on numerous health related topics.
