During this interactive event, Cheryl will provide a framework for planning and goal setting that is easy to understand and implement.  She will share the common mistakes to avoid in creating your plan and the important elements that lead to success.  Participants will be motivated to set goals and create a plan for achieving them in 2014 and beyond.


Cheryl Bonini Ellis, Trusted Business Advisor and High Performance Coach with over 30 years of rich and varied Leadership experience, is the founder of Ellis Business Enterprises, LLC.  She is the creator of Learning to Lead from Within, an online leadership development program, and Leading with Impact and Intention, a leadership retreat for women of influence.

Cheryl is a member/volunteer with the Morris County Chamber of Commerce, where she chairs the prominent Women in Business program, sits on the Members Council and contributes to several working committees.  She is a Trustee of Morris Arts serving as Secretary, HR Committee Chair and Executive Committee Member.
