MADISON, NJ - Join Chef Ellen Harnett and Kathy D’Agati a Holistic Health Coach as they present: “5 Step Plan to Prevent or Reverse Heart Disease” Thursday, February 18th at 11:30 am at Whole Foods Market in Madison for our monthly Lunch & Learn Series.

Health Coaches from Back to Basics Wellness will present “5-Step Plan to Prevent or Reverse Heart Disease”at 11:30 am Thursday, February 18th, in the monthly “Lunch and Learn” series at Whole Foods Market at 222 Main St. Madison. The monthly series is co-sponsored by Hollenbach Family Chiropractic of 250 Main St. in Madison. Since February is healthy heart month, the founders of Back to Basic Wellness will be demonstrating the “5-Step Plan to Prevent or Reverse Heart Disease.” Participants will be educated on how they may alter their diet and lifestyle to optimize heart health; heart disease effects 1 in 4 people in the US.

Kathy is a certified Holistic Health Coach who graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2007 she also holds a certificate from Columbia and is a member of AADP. Her primary interest of study is on the gut and digestive systems, and its relationship with the immune system, moods and the ability to think and heal. Kathy specializes in teaching her clients how to dramatically change their health and with the power of whole, complete foods she works to heal the body from disease.

Ellen Harnett

Ellen Harnett is a natural foods chef who graduated from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition and Columbia Teachers College, and is currently a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Ellen works to coach clients how to prepare delicious meals that are anti-inflammatory and allergy free. Ellen works with Kathy to help those who suffer from any disease they work to heal with high quality, healthy ingredients without sacrificing flavor.

Complimentary lunch will be served by Whole Foods Market. Children are welcome!

“Lunch & Learns” are held monthly at Whole Foods Market with a variety of health care practitioners offering informative talks on numerous health related topics.
