MADISON, NJ - Mayor Conley was on hand Saturday after riding his bike to the Madison Public Library which held the "Madison Green Fair" to celebrate Earth Day.

"It's such a beautiful day," said Conley.  "I guess it is also appropriate I rode my bike here."
