Madison Chatham Coalition Teen Task Force

Teen Task Force Members and Madison Chatham Coalition Staff and Volunteer

MADISON, NJ - Rain did not stop four of the Madison Chatham Coalition's Teen Task Force members from debuting their "Blow Bubbles, Not Smoke" campaign at the Madison Area YMCA's Mind Matters 5K on May 16.

The teens, which included two Madison High School seniors and two Chatham High School freshmen, designed the tri-fold poster that was on display at the Madison Chatham Coalition table and was full of facts about the dangers of vaping and smoking. Also at the table were informational brochures and giveaways such as bubbles and stress balls.

The teens engaged runners as they prepared for the race and were eager to share more information about the vaping epidemic that they are currently experiencing among their peers. The Teen Task Force will be presenting their "Blow Bubbles, Not Smoke" campaign as part of the MCC table at Fishawack in Chatham on June 9th. Be sure to stop by the table!
