Madison Hockey Win Streak Up to 18 with Win over Whippany Park


MORRIS TOWNSHIP, NJ - The Madison High School ice hockey team remains the only undefeated, untied squad in New Jersey.

The Dodgers extended their winning streak to 18 games with a 5-1 victory over Whippany Park on Wednesday.

Chris Rosica, Jake Nittolo and Michael Gleason scored goals in the first period as Madison built a 3-0 lead. Max Geraghty scored in the second period and Gleason found the net for a second time in the final period for the Dodgers.

Jack DeBoer and Charlie Cleaves each had two assists for the Dodgers, who got standout netminding from Kavi Sinha with 14 saves.
