MADISON, NJ - Sunday morning second through eighth grade Madison junior laxers came out to celebrate the 2017 spring season with a fun run designed to create league spirit and mingle with the Madison High School lacrosse team and coaching staff.
Each participate in the fun run which started at the Madison Recreation complex and ended at Madison High School received a tee shirt.
"The Fun Run has become a great Madison Lacrosse community tradition that gets the high school players and coaches involved with the youth players in town," said Nick Spagnoletti, who runs the Madison Junior Lacrosse Program and also coaches fifth grade. "High School Coach Armstrong and his staff are enthusiastic about helping the youth players in town and encourage the kids to have fun and learn the game with the support of the High School players."
The Madison Junior Lacrosse game season begins Saturday April 1.
