Madison Marches on with 21st Straight Ice Hockey Win


MORRIS TOWNSHIP, NJ - Kyle Midlige scored two goals and the Madison ice hockey team extended its winning streak to 21 games with a 7-0 shutout of High Point on Saturday.

Aaron Willsea and Jason Finnerty each scored goals in the opening period as the Dodgers (21-0) took a 2-0 lead.

Chris Rosica, Sean Hurley and Jack Ticknor each connected for Madison, as well. Michael Gleason and Charlie Cleaves each contributed two assists.

In goal, Chris Rogers had seven saves for Madison, the only undefeated, untied squad in New Jersey.
