MADISON, NJ - The Kings Road School Pack 226 Cubscout 4th grade Webelos recently toured the Hartley Dodge Memorial building with Mayor Bob Conley for their "Building a Better World" achievement.

The scouts participated in a mock council meeting in the council chambers where Mayor Conley explained voting procedures, and even surrendered his chair to the temporary "mayor" who presided over the meeting.

"The boys enjoyed seeing the mayor's private office and learning about some of the history of the building, and getting a better understanding of how our town government works," said Kris Pfeifer, Scout mom.

"Mayor Conley and town Administrator Raymond Codey kindly took time away from their busy schedules to educate and inspire these young Madison citizens and help them toward their scout advancement," she added.
