MADISON, NJ - The Friends of the Madison Public Library will hold their annual benefit from 5:30p.m. to 7:30p.m. on Saturday, March 19 at the Library located at 39 Keep Street. The public is invited to attend this event that will help raise money to support the community Library.
"The monies raised by this festive gala will be used to enhance and expand the collection, support ongoing special programming, support the much used museum pass program and support new additions to the library such as a planned self check out system," said the Madison library spokes person.
"This year the library will honor Carmine Toto, Jr., Carmine Toto III and the Toto family for their generous support of our largest fundraiser, Touch a Truck, and for their contribution to the community. The Toto family’s support of the Touch A Truck program helped make the 2014 event the most successful ever," they added.
To attend the gala guests can obtain an invitation at the front desk of the library.
Hors d’oeuvres for the event are arranged by the Catering Department of the Thursday Morning Club and wine and beer will be served. Sunnyside Jazz will return by popular demand. Admission is $50 per person.
