More Than A Round of Golf

Be A Part of…So Much More Than A Round of Golf. Help make summer camp for all a reality by supporting the Madison Area YMCA’s Charity Golf Classic on Monday, June 16, 2014, at the Morris County Golf Club in Morristown by becoming a sponsor, donating an auction item, reserving a Ladies Golf Clinic spot or booking a dinner reservation. Last year’s charity event helped fund 234 weeks of Y summer camp. Proceeds from this year’s Charity Golf Classic will make Y summer camp, membership and enriching Y programs available for children and families who otherwise could not fully afford to participate, helping to ensure that children in need can attend YMCA day camps for structured, supervised learning, recreation and summer fun! Sharpen your skills and boost your confidence on the greens by booking a Ladies’ Golf Clinic spot with Golf pro Karen Noble who will teach chipping, fairway shots and putting. Available for $200, the package includes the clinic from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., beverages and the dinner reception and auctions, which start at 5:30 p.m. Gather some friends for a table at the reception, which includes live and silent auctions. Dinner reservations are available for $125 per person; tables of eight for $900. Sponsors and auction items for the event are always welcome! We invite you to help send kids to Y summer camp where lifelong memories are created and YMCA values abound. To sign up for tournament spots, book dinner reservations, book a Ladies’ Golf Clinic spot, volunteer or become a sponsor, please contact Development Associate and Golf Manager Chelsea Creo at ccreo@madisonymca.org or call 973-822-9622 ext. 2266. Visit the Y’s website at madisonareaymca.org to access and download the 2014 Annual Charity Golf Classic registration form.
