MORRIS TOWNSHIP, NJ -  A Morris Township family is hosting a lemonade stand "Happy Hour" to benefit Alex's Lemonade Stand on Friday June 23 from 4:30pm - 6:30pm to raise funds and awareness for the fight against childhood cancer.

The Switzler family will open their home at  24 Fairfield Drive East in the hopes of inspiring other local children to get involved and give back to their community. Mom, Vanessa Switzler, and her children want to focus on inspiring altruism and philanthropic tendencies.

They will have lemonade and homemade baked goods available for a donation. Lemonade stand supplies have been generously donated by Stop & Shop of Madison, Trader Joes of Florham Park and Alpine Tree of Madison. They hope to raise $1,000, which funds over two days of research.

For more information or to donate, visit the Switzler Summer 2017 fundraising page.
