NJ Young Playwrights Contest & Festival

Only 9 more days until the first deadline for scripts to be submitted to the 28th annual New Jersey Young Playwrights Festival. Scripts by playwrights in grades 10-12 are due by 11:59 pm on Friday, January 14; scripts by playwrights in grades 4-9 are due by 11:59 pm on Friday, January 21. Winning plays in all divisions will be performed at the NJ Young Playwrights Festival on the campus of Kean University, May 23 and 24, 2011. The Festival is a partnership between Playwrights Theatre of New Jersey and Premiere Stages @ Kean University.
 
Submissions can only be made via the Internet. Please visit the Festival website for more information - www.njypf.org. Any questions should be directed to the Education office at Playwrights Theatre via email at njypf@ptnj.org or by phone at 973-514-1787, ext. 21.
