Thursday Morning Club members continued on March 1 the annual tradition of providing “treats” for local care institutions, part of the club's Operation Cookie Candy.

Club members donated a total of 175 containers of homemade and sugar-free cookies, as well as individually wrapped candies to the area's elderly.

Institutions that received these sweets include Harmony House Adult Day Center in Madison, Garden Terrace Nursing Home in Chatham, Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in Chatham Township and Cheshire Home in Florham Park.
