Undefeated Madison Dodgers Field Hockey Claim Championship Again


BOONTON, NJ - It was another championship for the undefeated Madison Dodgers field hockey team on Wednesday.

The Dodgers earned their 19th title in the Morris County Field Hockey Tournament with a 3-1 victory over West Morris Central in the championship game in Boonton.

Elizabeth Turnbull, Michelle Montagna and Stephanie Dellavia each scored a goal for Madison, and Katie Battaglia and Skyler Oates had assists. Goalie Caroline Fassett made two saves. Madison scored once in the first half and twice in the second half.

The Dodgers have a 17-0 record.
