MADISON, NJ - Whole Foods Market Madison is stepping outside the store walls, located at 222 Main Street, every Thursday and Saturday all summer long.

Every Saturday the store is throwing a "BBQ party" in the parking lot.  The 'Summer Grilling' concept is a way to showcase what seasonal offering each department has and allow guest to taste how they are prepared.  "We are featuring items like Mexican Street Corn, Seafood Burgers and the Madison Burger, a special Fajita style burger created by the meat department," said Alex Bartolotta, Marketing Team Leader at Madison Whole Foods.

Whole Foods wants guests to come enjoy on the spot prepared foods and grill items they might not buy regularly but will give them a new thought of what to purchase inside the store and prepare at home for their own BBQ.

Each food item has a reasonable cost. "Customers can grab something while coming in or out of shopping or bring family down to enjoy a quick lunch," added Bartolotta.

Weather permitting "Summer Grilling" begins at 11:30a.m. each Saturday and runs through mid-afternoon all summer.

"Whole Foods has also taken a spot at the Madison Farmers' Market each week through October to bring customers key selections from our seasonal offerings including fruit infused teas and even floral," said Bartolotta.

Whole Foods at The Madison Farmers' Market will feature two departments each week rotating from produce to prepared foods, meats and seafood and even floral.

"We hope people will come out and see all that Whole Foods has to offer both in the store and around the community," said Bartolotta.
