Young Boy Struck by Vehicle in Chatham; Taken to Hospital with Minor Injuries

CHATHAM, NJ - A young boy, estimated to be five or six, was transported to Morristown Medical Center with injuries described by the Chatham Emergency Squad as "not serious" after he was struck by a vehicle near Main Street and Center Street on Friday night at about 7:45 p.m.

The boy was conscious when he was placed in the ambulance on a stretcher. Chatham Borough Police on the scene declined to offer any information at this time.
