The Madison Area YMCA joined Chatham United Methodist Church for the second year to aid victims of disaster by filling “Flood Bucket” cleaning kits.

The buckets contain essential items such as laundry detergent, household cleaner, dish soap, clotheslines, clothespins, sponges, scouring pads, scrub brushes, cleaning wipes, kitchen and work gloves, trash bags and dust masks. The community is invited to fill buckets and donate them directly to Chatham United Methodist Church located at 460 Main Street in Chatham for future disaster relief outreach. Buckets are available at the church and at the Y.

As a cause-driven charitable organization, the Madison Area YMCA believes everyone, regardless of age, income or background, should have the opportunity to learn, growand thrive.
