~ Structure daily exercise.  A regular training/workout schedule will give the rest of your life structure.  When you know you have a walk/run, bike ride, yoga session, strength training, or Pilates workout scheduled, it helps you structure when and what you eat, sleep habits, all of it.  Scheduling daily workouts in your calendar will make it easier for you to make healthy, daily, lifestyle choices.


~ Begin a meditation/breath work practice.  Set aside 10 minutes in the morning and 10 before you go to bed to close your eyes and focus on breathing deeply.  


~ Follow the rainbow when you eat.  Choose fresh, organic varieties of naturally-colored foods when you prepare your meals.  Focusing your daily nutrition on fruits and vegetables that make up the colors of the rainbow will bring you better nutrients and help protect you against chronic illnesses.
