MADISON, NJ - The Borough of Madison is looking to fill two positions; skating rink supervisor and school crossing guard.

The jobs available are as follows:

Skating Rink Supervisor - The Borough of Madison is seeking a Skating Rink Supervisor responsible for overseeing the skating rink located at Memorial Park on Rosedale Avenue  - December through February. Job duties include, but are not limited to, supervision of skaters, enforcing all policies on proper rink conduct, ensuring the lights are used appropriately, removing equipment from the ice each evening, creating an online posting as to whether the rink is open or closed, and using shovels and mechanized equipment to maintain and improve the ice conditions. Must be available days, evenings, and weekends.  This is seasonal employment with no benefits. Hours/days are variable and dependent on weather and skating conditions.  $13/hr - $17/hr. School Crossing Guard - The Borough of Madison is now accepting applications for the position of substitute School Crossing Guard. The position is a part-time position with a salary range of $17.05-$19.05 per hour. No benefits. Interested applicants must complete a Borough Application and mail or hand-deliver it to the Clerk’s office or mailed to Borough of Madison, Attn: Linda Sawyer, 50 Kings Road, Madison, NJ 07940.
